Hi, I am facing Piles issues from last 2months, I took ayurvedic treatment but did not feel relief, so i went to specialist doctor for Piles, he has suggested that need to go for ksharsutra treatment. Which will cost 20000,excluding medicines. Can you please suggest me, is the cost is genuine or should I take another opinion?

A relative 54 years lady is been on medications Of a PPI,gas and antacid syrup,etizola 0.25 mg twice a day for treatment of ulcer related GERD symptoms evaluated through symptoms.No endoscopy is done so far. Patient is experiencing side effects after etizola consumption as of night tremors,dizziness,confused state of mind and wants to withdraw from it slowly.
