I had  chronic pancreatitis since 2015 my pancreas size is normal in this time but in 2018 I face problem of weight loss I went to my nearest gastrointestinal hospital in January 2020 they advice me for MRCP and USG which show my pancreas is small atrophic ( 10.5*9.5*9.1mm) size is this is risky or any treatment available for atrophic pancreatitis I am in depression due to this problem currently I am taking Creon 25000 -3 times  antoxid 2 times  eglicent P insulin 22 unit per day and voglimac MF 0.3 1 time . please give me some solution

From last one month l have been suffering from loss of appetite ... ... every time l feel full and don't feel like eating anything...l have indigestion issues and gas and acidity... I completed my antibiotic course for h.pylori infection and l was well that time....but after just 15 day s of treatment again my appetite loss increased. Plz help me out.

Hello! After dinner last night, I started feeling uneasy sensations in the stomach, and severe lethargy, but I dismissed it as tiredness. However, since waking up, I've had acute diarrhea (three motions in the span of an hour), and feel extremely lethargic and tired. There's no fever. I'm also wrapping up a course of medication for a URI - the antibiotic and paracetamol course.is over but I have to take Limcee and Zincovit supplements for two more days. I'm also on the last day of a medication course for acid reflux, taking Razo-D and Mucaine Gel. Please advise next steps. Should I continue taking the supplements and the other medications? Is there anything else I should do? Thanks in advance.

I am having heavy burps since 10months , It got reduced in between but the problem has started again. Sometimes I feel a burning sensation in the throat when I eat. I feel that my breath is incomplete and try to breathe harder I feel a racing heart beat in between . I have been on some medications in between. I had pain and burn in chest got myself checked for heart i.e. ECG and 2D ECHO which were normal.. Had a chest X-ray , Cect chest , PFT and these were normal. I am unable to understand the exact issues and this is decreasing the quality of life.

She is having continuous pinching pain just below the right breast nd some time at neck nd back nd stomach. Ultrasound done with fatty liver diagnosed. This is happening from last Saturday. She is taking medicine esoprazole nd abdominal pain relievers but no avail from last 3 days. Also prior to that for 2 days she had urosol nd antacids.
