I have been facing alot of gases and bloating lately. Which causes sudden need to empty out. Even though typically I don't have constipation but when ever I need to have a bowel movement there is never complete evacuation for which I need to empty out with gloved finger. Doing this takes alot of time and it started causing swelling and pain and lump outside which has a pricking pain. Even though the stools are soft there is never complete evacuation. What to be done for swelling pain and complete evacuation?

I never had issues with my digestion but when my gym trainer told me to use dianabol steroids after using it for 20 days I got fever so he said to stop that after 6 months he again said to use that after using that for one months I suffered extreme diarrhoea I went to every hospital so many tests were performed, finally they said I have IBS , it's been three years I am suffering from IBS, I just want to know did I got IBS because of steroids? Please answer

Hi, What's the best way to have good gut health and get rid of constipation and sticky motion.whenever I have constipation it gets accompanied with burning urine but no bacteria found in Urine test. Probiotics like Darolac, Vizylac helps, but Doctor said it can't be taken for long time. Looking for an advice to get out of this stressful situation...Been in it for last 5 years . Please help...

I have grd2 fatty liver with high alt:95, ast:50, ggt:55. With high cholesterol : 282, hdl:62,no diabetes, virial screening negative,kft normal,ths t3 t4 normal. Stomach upper midle pain mildly to modrate. How to cure. Is it reversible? Kindly help.

I got an ultrasound scan two days before, found; gallbladder distended,shows few non-mobile mucosal polyps, largest measuring 4mm. Gallbladder wall is of normal thickness. CBD is of normal calibre and also for liver; is normal in shape, size and has uniform echopattern. found liver hemangioma well defined focal nodular hyperechoic lesion of size 2.3*2.3 cms no evidence of intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation hepatic and portal vein radicals are normal..I had done CT scan before 7months because of stomach pain..there it was found only liver hemangioma 2.1*1.6 cms in size..my doubt is why didn't my last CT scan show gallbladder polyps and how it's showing suddenly now.. is it a problem..and also liver hemangioma size is different now in ultrasound than in CT scan which was done 7 months before.. is there anything to be worried...is it common to have vague pain in right upper part of abdomen.. please guide me..

Took contrast CT scan and observed that small intestine contracted. Patient in ICU. What is the right specialist to contact with and what are the reasons behind small intestine contraction?

Hi.. Today morning I have done with endoscopy.. everything is normal... From evening I got pain on Lower left side of abdomen... please let me know if this is because of endoscopy and should be varied?

Pinching pain is there in lower left abdomen since 2 weeks,it is mild and no other symptoms.Especially at night it is more prominent and sometimes the pinching occurs at right side and mid belly also but more frequently at lower left side.i am not under any medication and last year I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I managed to loose 12 kg of weight in a year as per doctor's advice. Please let me know what should i do.
