Got an accute stomach pain in the night,it moves back and forth from stomach to back and vice versa...it lasted for around 15-20 minutes until i took a paracetamol...i got the same pain around 3 months back...im not sure if this is gastric or kidney stone pain...Any pointers for which ultrasound to go for ?

My mother of age 54,had taken Herbalife products for an year.She had completely recovered from joint stiffness and severe pain.She had reduced overweight which was warned by orthodoctor for joint pains. Now she have inverted diverticulum issue with infection. Is it due to Herbalife products.

I have been prescribed escitalopram(5 mg) at bedtime for stomach/dyspepsia issues along with pantoprazole(40 mg) before breakfast. Can i take digene at night with escitalopram to relax bloating?
