My mother had low grade fever for 2 days and then weakness for around 3-4 days, almost 28 days ago. Under doctor's supervision, she had all the medications including that of acidity and other Vitamin tabs, and the prescribed medications got over last week. Now for the past 3-4 days, my mom is facing some stomach upset problems, like in the morning she used to have some loose motion(very mild) for 1-2 times a day and then felt gas problems and weakness also. We have given her Flagyl 400 as of now for the past 2 days but she is having gas problems and weakness also. Please suggest what to do next. Any further medications to add !! Main problem- Gas, stomach upset, weakness (mostly during morning)

Can antibiotic Cefdinir cause maroon stools ? I once had Cefdinir and it caused my stool to turn maroon with red blood tinge to it. I gave the same stool sample to the lab for testing for Stool R/M and occult blood and the results came out to be negative. I am attaching both the reports for your perusal please. Actually I was taking cefdinir and on that very day I also had Munakka raisins. So can it happen ? Have you witnessed such cases where patients complain the same after consumption of above named drug ? This incident occurred in 2018 but I thought that I should ask well qualified doctors on practo go can give me a genuine answer.

Motion for 4-5 times daily after eating food , and I have had trouble last few years and using gas tablet Rppil tablet. After motion body is getting week and when ever going for restroom facing the issue . And I am having diabetics and blood pressure and thyroid. Plz get best information and tablet .

I end up going to the washroom 2-3 times every morning. It also hurts when I pass stool. I also feel constipated sometimes. It's been this way for a long time now.
