Hello I have been experiencing constipation issue for the last 3 months. I was diagnosed with dengue, after my recovery I am facing issues like constipation and weight gain. I live in PG, working from 12:30pm to 1:00am in night adding to it I don't have a proper diet. Could this be the reason for constipation issue?? Please suggest me the remedies or food habit to follow to cope with this situation and what changes should I make in lifestyle to make sure this won't repeat again.
