Stomach Problems & Remedies

From few weeks, before sleeping I'm farting a lot, sometimes when i eat cabbage or pizza or something, I fart a lot, sometimes it will itch at the opening after farting. Also what i feel is when i eat my arms and legs stay thin no matter how much i eat, my stomach is increasing a lot. Please help me resolve these above issues.

Sir whenever I go for nature it's normal but it feel me complete nature call again again and I don't feel satisfaction after completing nature call as I take some tea or light breakfast after completing nature call it feels like I have to again go to bathroom for completion nature call it happens minimum 4 times in a day sir pls tell me what's the solution of this?? and why it happens??? for this I m not able to attend any class or meeting and many more...pls give me suggestions what should I do for this???m

Recently I went for ultra sound and reports shows fatty liver grade 1...and LFT report all are normal... except sgpt:79 and sgot 45 ...is that serious ..I searched in internet and it show NASH  later it will make liver failure...I am worried about it ...pls help me...

Respected Doctor, past few months i feel sudden tightness from inside at middle of chest area, just few inch above naval, it doesn't hurt upon press but produces much discomfort upon sitting and movement, it looks like as if that area is swelled up and something is pressing from inside but all i feel is discomforting tightness, this often resolves on its own after days but does return quite frequently, what it can be, and should be done??

Can Contrast enhanced ct abdomen scan  detec ibd? i mean can cect rule out ibd? or a colonoscopy is always required?
