Stomach and back acne

Asked for Female, 26 Years

From past 1 and half months I facing this kind of acne...it doesn't have any itching..nor the colour is red...these are just like my skin colour..but popped out...I am not sure...is it some kind of digestion issue...because I have came from my native place...and after that i am facing this bofy acne...which have covered only my stomatch area and back area..whom to consult?
