Hello, i hav farting problem, too many farts without foul smell(no smell at all, just sound) , motion is normal and regular. Wat tablet to take

Drinking water more than 2 litres a day is difficult for me. It feels very plain and unappealing. Drinking sparkling water feels better, increases my water intake and speeds up digestion (my stomach feels lighter). I am planning to buy a sodamaker machine to convert plain water to sparkling water. No additives, just carbonated water. Is it safe to replace all water intake with carbonated water (example, for bones and enamel)? Or should I consume half half?

I am facing the issue of gases since long time. Earlier I used to have burning sensation near lower stomach and I visited Gastroenterologist. DR did endoscopy which was normal. I had low vit b12 levels and grade 1 fatty liver. DR gave me laxative. Also took b12 injections. It helped reduce burning. Now since last 1 month I have been facing issue with stomach i feel fuller feeling near lower stomach. Feel that bubbles are traveling from center of stomach towards lower stomach. Unable to pass gases. How can I get rid of this? Please advise. (I don't eat oily/junk food.)

I am getting pain during excreetiond and getting same pain if I sit continuously for an hour. No indication of bleed

Pain in abdomen after wakeup and it happen around 1 hour after bowel movement also no constipation no bloody stool only abdomen pain from last 7 weeks it doesn't go away and sometimes heartburn and feeling like something stuck in my throat my abdomen ultrasound also normal

I am having abdomen pain from last 7 weak it happen all day and it mild to minimal no problem with bowel movement it's normal my ultrasound also normal what it could be 1 time blood pops up bcuz of hard stool nothing more than that

I'm suffering ulcerative colitis from 2016 onwards, In 2019 ulcerative colitis completely cure, My self stop medicines and now again it started, why these ulcerative colitis does not cure it will come again, permanent solution for these diseases

Hi Doctor, I had almost 6 times motions from last night and I took Eldoper tablet but still having loose bowel movement. Could you please suggest the medication or reason for this sudden motions.

Hi, I use to do some outworks in the morning everyday. However, from few days I am not willing to eat food nor I am getting hungry. Also, I am having stomach pain regularly..will anyone suggest what would be the issue and how to get rid from it.
