Stomach Problems & Remedies

Tightness of stomach and stomach cramps. It is always accompanied by back pain and irregular bowel movement. Taking Pantoprazl 40 since last 2 months but still persist. Please suggest.

My SGOT is 69,is it responsible for gas formation and stomach bloating?also I have no appetite.My random blood sugar after eating is 170.I was diagnosed as Covid 19 on Nov 26.Now on 20th Dec I was negative

I got operated for piles in July.. m having multiple bowel movement  and whenever I think of bowel I have to go... I have lost confidence in terms of bowel... Although I have no other issues ... But only frequent urge ..

My son has a typical problem as his underwear is usually soiled. Being sitted with longer hours for his on line classes, we think this effects his bowl movements. After keeping a close watch by having period movements then also his problem still persist. Kindly suggest whether this requires serious medication or some diet and health practices will mitigate this issue

I am feeling very gassy...my stomach feels heavy after having meals and whenever gas passes my stomach hurts. I am taking gasex 2tabs but no relief.. i am taking pan d empty stomach...but these stuffs starts to me after afternoon... Today i observed my stool...it was all broken in to small pieces... though I while passing stool I didn't get that feeling.. Is it because of constipation ? What should I do?

Doctor I'm having severe blooting and gastric problem for past three weeks and constipation for the same I went to doctor he gave nexpro 40 one in morning and ganaton three times before food and pankeroflat three times after food and pruvict 2 one in the night but still no improvement. And I can't eat properly. Kindly advise what to do. Thank you so much. Feeling very depressed.
