Please find my prognosis report where the initial impressions shows Ulcer and Hernia. I have complete blood report.

My eating patter sleeping pattern is pretty normal , however these days I have started farting uncontrollably, feel exhausted easily also body part keep aching. Can you pls suggest what to do majorly about farting it's getting embarrassing.

Loss of appetite and weakness  specially in night from last 2 months . Early morning and after dinner I feel nausea gas and bloating . I am taking non fatty diet from last 2 months because "last year" I had jaundice so I felt this might work to restore the appetite  . I continued my prescription for 2 months and took some vitamin tablet . In last few months due to Lock down I never walked more then 400M in a day .
