My friend has deranged LFT and USG is normal but protienuria present... is it something related to diet or autoimmune

I am having left side stomach pain mostly when gas builds up... It happens more after afternoon.. While walking it gives me little relief and pain radiates to right side.. whenever I sit in Indian Style Gas comes out and feel somewhat relaxed. LYING down also gives me relief... from today I have started taking Omez 40(mrng-night) and Unienzymes. Whats happening.. am I taking correct medicines.. though I started taking today but didn't feel any relief... in night its happening more... Day before yesterday and yesterday whenever I try to pass out gas motions happened..!!! Please help..

I am 37 years old female. I have been experiencing gastric issue from past few years, especially noticeable after the birth of my child in 2017. Just recently I have been encountering episodes of stomach upset, frequent belching, bloating, constipation, dizziness, and stomach discomfort. I have also noticed that eating outside food or heavy oily or fried food always worsen my symptoms. Although, I always have had a tendency of constipation, lately I feel my stomach has become too sensitive. For an added information, I live abroad but because of Covid-19, I have been stuck in India. Pl. advice. TIA

Recently, since past 3-4 months i have been having some issues with my stomach. Whenever i eat food (especially spicy or anything with normal spices) my stomach processes it instantly and right after eating or after some minutes i have to go to the loo. This was never the case before, I could handle spice very well. Can someone please explain what's wrong? And what type of specialist should i go to? Ps, before this started happening i had been sick with loose motions and vomiting.

It's been 6 months I am suffering from piles. I have been taking daflon 500 and ointment which I am using sitcom. Everyday I'm using oinment after morning bowel. Still I'm suffering from continuous and severe pain. Pain while defecating, itching, blooding, Kindly suggest me proper medication.

For the past 6 months, I'm suffering from farting problems. Couldn't able to stop it. Though I follow vegetarian foods and home cooked food since lockdown. I stopped doing gym since April. Kindly suggest me some possible solution to bring back health to normal.

Dear sir Today is 6th day of covid positive. I don't have any fever age 30 just loss of smell and little taste . As I observed just now diarrehea like complete watery motions started may I know this is also covid symptom or due to eating almonds dry fruits and boiled egg per day 2 eggs like that .. pls tell tips and tabs any ..

Good day. I have feeling of fullness and bloating in my belly. It get way worse when i take milk any time or after dinner. It is happening from last 3 days and it doesn't even let me sleep properly. Little acidity is also present with too much gas. My stomach is feeling full even when single meal a day and too much after meal. No diarrhoea, No vomiting, No constipation. Took Gas o Fast, it only relieved 10 percent. Defecation is normal. Pls help

Hi dr I have three kids I traveled to my in-laws home with two of my kids after return from the day I came back two of my kids suddenly started vomiting and loose watery motions with stomach pain... I gave them ((OMH SYURUP DEROLAC ONDEM) )THEY STOPPED After two days I started vomiting and watery motions... I recovered got medicated... Kept saline ... AGAIN NEXT DAY ONE OF MY TWO KIDS AGAIN STARTED VOMITINGS AND MOTIONS VISITED PEDIATRICIAN HE ALSO KEPT SALINE AND SAME MEDICINE WAS PRESCRIBED BY HIM... MY THIRD KID WAS AT MY RELATIVE HOME CAME BACK ... HE ALSO STARTED SAME FROM THE NEXT DAY... I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN... DOES THIS DIARRHOEA AND VOMITING and fever ALSO contagious??? ??? I am really fed up what's going on I don't know
