Stomach Problems & Remedies

So whenever i eat more there is pain in my chest(left side down near stomach). and if i lay down on bed then pain is little less or negligible.it started happening from 2-3 months .so what's the problem here? any solution?

Sir Iam struggling chest discomfort and too much gastric problem last one year. I have done all the test related to heart all reports are normal like ecg 2 times last one year echo 2 times tmt one time and tropinin I and T. Last three months my arms are cramping and numbness of leg and hand some time and upper back pain .My bp 130/90 some time doctor clinic it will be more if purposely visit for bp. Please advise.

So many times I have gasteric issue. I have pain in my eyebrow nerves sometime in my ear nerve some time in my hand Neves and when I press any of this nerves then burping starts. Tell me Medication for the same please.

I have suffering fatigue,mucus,blood in stool.. gas after every meal for years..then I consult with doctor and find that I have IBS and anxiety disorder..my endoscopy is normal but liver growth in little bit...i taking medicines since months but nothing happens.. suddenly I noticed that my weight and muscle lossing very fast 74 to 62 kg in few months but my height is 5'11"...in lockdown I did heavy workout ,I think for that I was lossing weight very fast as my body didn't absorb any medicine or food..I noticed undigested medicine in stool.. So please give me a proper food chart to boost my absorption and digestion. ..which vegetables,fruit should I avoid and what should I take daily... Can I take daliya,oat meal , biscuit,curd and when? Thank you..

I had 3 days bleeding when stool in last week. I last 5 days no bleeding, but some uncomfortable when stool. Was previous blood clotted? If so, what is the remedy for it and how many days does it take to become normal.
