My ct scan shows that i have loaded colon.i frequently have pain in right and left side colon(near navel area).moreover i am constipated from last 9 months ,no medicines gave me permanent remedy?all i want to know is it IBD??or something else?how can i get rid of it?plz give me advice doctor ..

Taking treatment for my elevated lft level (pic attached) . Medicine used udiliv 300 mg , Vitamin E capsule . However my liver function test is not getting normal , since a month I am surviving on fruit and boil food.
