I am having issue of dull type constant oain on lower left side of abdomen since 7-8 days also have orobkem of mild constipation. My bowel is not clear, i am using laxative which creates loose motion but still my bowel is not clear. What should i do i have taken rifagut and vls3 probiotic .

What are foods I can eat when I have type 1 fatty liver . Do I need to avoid sugar/chocolate? Do I need to totally skip oil/ghee or take minimum quantity ?

As I was passing the poop blood came not much very less in poop only, and when second time I had gone for pooping there was not any blood, nothing only poop, to describe further the previous day I didn't go to loo, and I had eaten some chicken lollipop, some chicken dish and in the evening 2 pieces of cake, and later that night I had pani puri, I haven't this much in a day ever, and in the dinner I had eaten chavli and rice. Furthermore I don't have any kind of disease, I don't drink or smoke. So, is this normal, is it due to overeating??
