What is the treatment for adenomyomatosis of Gallbladder? What is the treatment for this? Does it need surgery? No pains yet.

I have pcod and I'm having eva kind syrup which is in black colour while having this syrup I never had black stool after I stopped this syrup I had black stool and I'm having constiparion problem also and pain in right side of the abdomen It only pains when I cant pass my stool once I pass my stool I don't have pain what should I do

Stomach problem past week i was facing dysentry problem. then i somehow manage to overcome during that time i was experiencing pain on above middle stomach just below rib cage. then after drinking gelusil syrup it controlled. also had mouth wounds at that time. now i am having chest burning sensation. It feels like improper digestion and also very difficult to pee.
