Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have pcos and my prolactin is 28 and since sep I am having stomach issues, earlier I had constipation and it got better now but I still sometimes like once a week or so have upper abdominal bloating n sometimes discomfort in right or left side of abdomen I'm not taking any medicine.. N sometimes I end up having pain in my left hand. Is it something serious?

I want to know  correct times of breakfast lunch dinner...cause because of today's lifestyle,its changed..

Every morning when I wake up I get vomit but nothing comes out except a green or white liquid. This is happening since last 8 month. I have concerned many doctors where they say it is due to gastric and taken treatment but there is no end for vomit.
