Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been having stomach Hernia for long time back, however it was hardly noticed and not giving any problems, I was thinking it was normal. But in recent years it grew bigger and sometimes disturbing and impact on eating. Please advice me what's the best natural treatment or is there other better and safer treatments? And the best or Doctors specialised in this area?

Last month i was experiencing heavy bloating and semi solid or liquid stools for weeks. I used to have epigastric burning sensation at night after lying down.Doctor suggested to take Ciplox tz tablet for 5 days and pan d for 7 days.I took the medication and my stool became okay. But my epigastric pain is not going away. My stool test report is normal and abdominal sonography is normal too. But I still feel burning sensation at night. Should I continue pan 40 for few days more?
