I have little blood in stool from past two days along with abdominal pain sometimes it hurt in upper abdomen sometimes lower abdomen my pain is not constant and I have burping problem also but I don't have any pain while passing stool no hemorrpids of fissure Wats the reason for blood

Undigested food in stool.
Generally i get constipation. But in my stool there is whole rice, tomato pulp and dhaniya aur vegetable leaves.I am not facing any issues. But i am not gaining weight still after eating so much.please help.

I have gas constipation

Stomach excessive gas
Excessive production creates discomfert & sometimes pain either toward upper left chest or some times lower right side of stomach. But it disappears immidiately if i am able to release gas through burp or farting.
