I had two abortion one in November and the other last week both was in detected earlier period, both the time I had very heavy bleeding for 8 days. Now I am not taking any medicine. Just feeling low in energy and getting pale. Already had 2 yr baby. Kindly suggest any medicine for recovery. Thank you.

It happens occassionally but when I try gulping water or cold coffe there is pain felt in the back for few seconds. Twice it happened while eating food fastly. What could be the cause ?
