Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have pain all over the abdomen. Mild pain but sometimes severe. Pain is not there when I press on the abdomen but when I stretch or move it will hurt. I have an inguinal groin hernia for which operation is needed. But due to ongoing pandemic I have postponed it. Appetite is good. No weakness. No fever. Maintaining same weight since 6 months. Morning I can hear noises in my stomach especially right side. What can be the issue?

I am suffering from GERD and antrum gastritis for 3 years. Took endoscopy on 2018. Symptoms are less when I am taking medicines. But after stoping medicine the symptoms are again worsen. I am taking proper food only I am not taking spicy and oily food. Even if I am taking spicy food for single day,the symptoms are reoccurring for month. Should I follow bland diet for life long to handle this? Or should I take endoscopy again?I have attached my previous report. Please guide me.

My husband's liver function test shows s. bilirubin total is 2.24... What it means?? He has pain in shoulder and back...

Dear Dr, My wife is experiences stomach pain followed by bowling n motions twice or thrice in the morning Post breakfast on some days in a week. She is suffering with this problem for more than 6 months. Once a physician suspected it may be IBS (Iressitable Bowling Syndrome). But not sure about the same and treatment for the same. Please guide us on how to minimise the same.
