I don't feel hungry and I have bloating.it is since last 20 months.please help me.I don't feel hungry even after exercise.

My wife suffering from blood sugar. From last night suffering from pain in stomach area.after eating pain is growing. Doctor prescribed dortin ds, sucral o and pan d.one day is over. But pain persist still now. What is the reason?what medicine and test will be appropriate?

I had burping all the day 2 yrs ago. After 6 months I was prescribed ppi for 2 months after that it got cure but I got sinus problem after that like blocked ear and nose ..after that I got symptoms like increaseing heartbeat, short reathness ,ichy scalp ,lightheadness and hairfall. and pain in rib muscle  .for last 3 months I am having stomach burning and pain ...all of these are because of same reason ...do I have some infection?
