How long isabghol be taken for constipation problem at the age of 22 year Please help Suffering from chronic constipation

Dear from one week I am suffering for acidity and indegistion daily and there is some pain in my abodomen.

Earlier I have a little bit problem of constipation some times, but from last 1month after eating any thing my stomach get bloated and even mostly I feel the urge to go to Loo. My morning stools are clear but after coming from the bathroom again stomach gets bloated and back ache problem also get started. While taking PENTADEC DSR get temporary relief but the problem again start next day. I am also taking very normal diet this days ,'khichadi' helps in easy digestion whereas eating whole wheat chapati make it worse. Please suggest proper cure for the same.

Sir/maam ,Today I tried to vomit in the morning after brushing, firstly a sour kind of liquid came out and then after a while a black clot like thing came out which was greasy when I rubbed it with my fingers.
