Hello doctor,I have symptoms of IBS i.e burning sensation in stomach after meals,heart burn,gas ans bloating, diarrhoea ,can I take slippery elm for this ,I have 8 months old baby,I'm breastfeeding her,is there any harm for the baby with slippery elm?

Hi , I have done my liver function test Bilirubin total - 0.49 Bilirubin Conjugated - 0.22 Bilirubin Unconjugated - 0.27 SGPT- 109 SGOT - 58 Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) - 138 Total Protin - 7.8 Albumin - 4.5 Globulin - 3.30 A/G ration - 1.36 : 1 I smoke daily 1 - 2 cigarette and very occasionally drink . Can please suggest the risk factor . I feel full after eating I eat outside food but not regularly . Full belly I was feeting from 1 month and I had vomiting feeling as well as a bit dizziness. Hi Doctor, I am 28 YO Male, I have an umbilical hernia of (4.7) mm, i have a little pain near belly button, but not any more symptoms like constipation and other. How much time it will take to increase in size, should i wait for 1-2 yrs or just go with surgery asap.
