I have problem of hard stool sometimes. Actual few years ago. One doctor has prescribed me a syrup..which comes in blue bottle.. but i forget its name. Now that dr is not available. That syrup was so effective. I think the name something like...smile...or...smooth something like that. There was a picture of comic smile on it. Any dr... Knows that syrup please tell me. It was good syrup that eases my morning stool

I have chest pain last 7months . Ecg echo TMT normal . But I have some doubts its really caused by gastities or something pls Tel .

Hello sir. I had problems in March 2020. I used to have gas and bloating, can't eat food. I checked my lft where I found joundice. I started having medicine, pan-D, Sorbiline syrup for 3-4 months. I got absolutely fine. But in mid of December I took ivermectin tablet twice in the gap of 7 days. I don't know why I start feeling sleepy all the time, and sometimes I got gas and feeling like lightheaded and pain in upper left side chest and upper left side back plus pain on side of the upper left chest. Pain is very mild but I start feeling discomfort. Until I drink water or take gasofast it comes and go. I made lft, blood sugar and BP test. In lft bilirubin is 1.21 sgpt is 49. B-sugar fasting - 93 And BP 140/90. My doctor gave me pan 40, Sorbiline and udiliv 300. I am taking these medicine for 20days. I lost 5kg weight. I am walking 4 km daily. Having homemade food, less oil and spicy. But still getting acidity sometime and pain in upper left chest and upper left back and feel discomfort

Hello. My father have gastrointestinal problem suffering since 2007. His age is 70 now. His kidney(both) stone operation done many years ago. Now, because of gastric problem doctor suggest Sompraz L for him. He is feeling better after taking this drug. If stop to taking this ,then after 3 4 days again he suffers.Now my question.. is it safe for him as taking long time period? And is it effects on kidney or any side effects occur which will be harmful for his health?? Waiting for your valuable feedback Sir/Madam 🙏

From 3 to 4 days,my stool not release at the time of morning . It clears after taking breakfast (around in noon time). I get up early at 6 o'clock and take 1-2 glass of Lukewarm water in the morning. But my stool not release in morning.it happen from 3 days.i also take triphala churn at night but the result is zero. Earlier days I sleep late night around 1 o'clock and wake up 9 o'clock. Is it really constipation if it is then give me solution.

Was taking Probiotic Velgut past 35 days. Of late, in last 7 days, I am not seeing any benefit anymore from the product. something is not right. Is it a defective batch I got ? Or can the Probiotic stop working after a while ? Please explain. Thank you!

I had my annual checkup yesterday and got the lab results. My liver enzyme ALT is 55 whereas normal range is 0-32iu/L. AST is 27iu/L Total Bilirubin is 0.4mg/dL Only the ALT value is high. Is this ok? One thing to mention, I have been dealing with lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain since May month and going to different doctors, dentists for that. I have been taking many tablets in the last 9 months.during last week, endodontist prescribed antibiotics penicillin VK500 mg 3 times a day for a week for tooth inflammation suspecting that tooth might be the reason for my jaw and neck pain. I finished the antibiotics on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday had the blood work for annual check. I took antibiotics for a week,3 times a day. I have taken NSAIDs, muscle relaxers, tylenol,nerve medicine for this issue in the past month. Is that the reason for alt high? I checked liver value in July 2020 and it was 15iu/L.But this time it time it was 55.is it because of antibiotics/liver damage

My spouse suffering for heavy bloating and sever stomach pain. We went to corporate hospital and done most of investigation like CT Scan(cheat, Abdominal and pelvis) x-ray, endoscopy and few pathology investigation. In endoscopy doctor identified few ulcer and based on endoscopy they had started antibiotics and pain medication.After completion of course her condition went worst like increase in bloating and stomach ace and no hunger so on..We changed our doctor after 3werks as things are not going smooth..After consulting other doctor she is complaining discomfort and doctor don't have clue to treat her.. Based on last doctor we meet other gastroenterology doctor who suspecting IBS and starter medication..
