My Mother is suffering from weight loss and dysentery, white foamy and watery stools as soon as had any food. Counsulted doctors, loads of tests and medicine but nothing worked. She was 65 now she is 45. Please help

NAFLD ON USG 2 years back grade 2. How to check if it has progressed other than USG? LFTs done all normal.

From five to six days i have severe stomach pain after taking some antacids its reducing the pain but now also i have a dull pain with burning sensation. Before 1 day i go for washroom to do toilet at afternoon. I notice there was a light green colour stool was their... Is any bacteria was there in my stomach. I have past GERD problem but now the symptoms not occur. But have a stomach pain from five days.
