Fissure problem
I am leaving in a remote are here good doctors are not available. I meat a local doctor regarding my fissure problem and he gave me Ethrom-500mg and Ranitidine hydrochloride- 150 mg and a pain killer he did not gave me any oinment to apply on affected area. Should I take these medicines which I think is for the treatment of ulcer.

I'm suffering from chest pain left side from 6 months my ecg 2d echo was normal and tmt was negative after all I went for endoscopy report says GE JUNCTION Mucosal breaks<5mm not extending over the top of fold what does this means exactly, how many days it will take to get cure from this? Sticky stool
I have problem of sticky stool since long time. My stool stick on the toilet seat and it become difficult to flush it. Due to its stickiness it become difficult for me to clear my stomach if I don't go to bathroom for 2 days then it becomes more sticky.
