I had gas related issues but since two days I have mild pain on central and left side of the stomach above and left side of navel. Mild pain with sharp jabs sometimes. What is adviced ?

Hello doctor i was suffering from stomach pain since 5 days. i go for USG and in the reports Bowel Gases are + +.. do i need to do medication or diet and life style change is sufficient.. stomach pain is no more. but sometime stomach feel full and tight. also there is stone of 3.8 mm in left kidney mid pole.
