Hello, my son is 1 month old can I give Bonnisan syrup daily for gas problem he on Breastfeed and formula feed

Pain in stomach, sometime burping, frequently pain in stomach, vomiting symptoms but not complete vomit occurs

I have been working out to build muscle for past 5 months.. I have been following calorie surplus diet along with 1 scoop Whey protein in milk everyday.. But Still I remain in the same weight with no change. In fact my there are no changes in my muscle structure too. It is the same skinny fat that exists.. I feel the food I take, the nutrients in it are not assimilated by my body.. Also there is a bad odour everytime I use toilet which people complaints as abnormal smell.. I could hear sounds from inside my stomach region.. For the food that I eat.. I should have gained either muscles or weight.. But still I remain the same.. please help it out..

Having regular GASTRIC problem. But Since morning feeling NAUSEA and getting Weak Body also getting cold. Don't know whether BP Down or something else.

It's been 3 week i had done gallbladder removal surgery. From past two days i feel mild internal pain after pressing near gallbladder area and above of incision area. its feel like something is stretching inside that area when i am lying down.. i feel discomfort also when i am seating.. while walking i dont feel any issue..

I am facing gas and acidity problem currently due to diat maintenance gas problem not coming but acidity is not going. This problem increase at night and afternoon. After breakfast also it disturb me. Please suggest.

I was having stomach pain problem from Dec 25th.. after eating I was used to get gas and pain.. whenever gas passes i was used to feel good.. i tried gas medicines but ntng worked.. then took ibs medicines(meva sr vsl#3 and esomac 20) still didn't work.. after that doctor gave me sencil forte, Mebax.. it worked my severity of stomach pain reduced and felt mucb relief.. I have done stool test and USG abdomen.. my reports are normal.. But still I get stomach pain mostly when my stomach is empty.. stomach pain is mostly near the navel... and pain near upper abdomen as well.. right now doc told me to take Rantac.. Still I have the pain... it feels like this stomach pain has become part of my life... What can be the reason and what should I do ?

Immediate pain just below the right chest bone in the liver near area. Paining continuously since 4 hours, drank hot water but the problem persist.
