Gall Bladder Stones.
Here is the details of the USG report of my mother. Age - 49. Please give your valuable opinions on this whether my mother needs a surgery or not. Or is it anything serious. I am thankful to whoever will take some time & effort to read this out & reply. Fall Bladder is partially distended. Multiple calculi noted in gall bladder lumen, measuring approx 6.0 mm & 4.4 mm. Gall bladder wall is normal in thickness. No pericholecystic fluid collection is seen. Pericholecystic fat planes are maintained. Impression :- 1) Borderline Hepatomegaly with grade - I fatty changes in liver. 2) Partially distended gall bladder with cholelithiasis. 3) Prominent CBD at present.
