Gall Bladder Stones.
Here is the details of the USG report of my mother. Age - 49. Please give your valuable opinions on this whether my mother needs a surgery or not. Or is it anything serious.

Fall Bladder is partially distended. Multiple calculi noted in gall bladder lumen, measuring approx 6.0 mm & 4.4 mm. Gall bladder wall is normal in thickness. No pericholecystic fluid collection is seen. Pericholecystic fat planes are maintained.
Impression :-
1) Borderline Hepatomegaly with grade - I fatty changes in liver.
2) Partially distended gall bladder with cholelithiasis.
3) Prominent CBD at present.

Hi, your mom is having stones in Gall Bladder. Laparoscopic removal of Gall Bladder is the treatment of choice
