  4. Diarrhoea. Fever 100. please suggest.

My father is suffering from diarrhoea starting today. He had similar problem around 15 days back. That time Doctor has advised vibact and normarin RT for 15 days. But today he again started loose motions. Doc advised orni o and cyra d. Loose motions stopped but now he has fever 100. Please suggest .
