Loss of Appetite: LFT results are high

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I got my LFT reports where I could see SGOT as 74, SGPT as 41 & Alkaline Phosphatase as 155. I am not facing any issues or symptoms expect Loss of appetite. Kindly advice me to proceed further on this.

Need to get repeat COMPLETE LFTs ( including bilirubin,SGOT SGPT ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE,GGT, TOTAL PROTEIN & ALBUMIN LEVELS) WITH INR & USG ABDOMEN. Need to check wheather you have been taking any other medications which may derange LFTs. If not,then complete etiological work up for deranged LFTs is needed which wl be done by Gastroenterologist step by step

Repeat complete LFTs with usg abdomen & INR & consult gastroenterologist
