Next Steps
-Continue Pantop-D once daily before breakfast for 5–7 days -Syp Lactulose 15 mL at bedtime for 3–5 days for constipation -Tab Ondansetron 4 mg SOS for severe nausea -If symptoms persist >1 week, tests like CBC, LFT, RFT, urine test, or ultrasound may be needed
Health Tips

Nausea and loss of appetite with constipation are quite commonly manageable once the underlying digestive issue is identified properly, so please don’t worry 👍 Since your symptoms are persisting despite medication, a detailed consultation would help assess the exact cause and guide the right treatment approach instead of repeatedly trying temporary medicines.

"The combination of nausea, loss of appetite, and hard stools suggests a slowdown in your digestive system, often referred to as Functional Dyspepsia or Slow Gastric Emptying. While Pantap D (Pantoprazole + Domperidone) helps with acid reflux, it may not be enough if the primary issue is constipation. Hard stools create a 'backup' in the digestive tract, which naturally suppresses your appetite and triggers a feeling of nausea as your body tries to signal that the digestive system is overwhelmed
Next Steps
Do connect and consult with me for better treatment plan and advice accordingly....... Resolving your constipation is the first step toward getting your appetite back and ending the nausea. Please book a full session to discuss your progress or any new symptoms.
Health Tips
For a personalized prescription to manage both nausea and constipation, and to discuss a long-term gut health plan, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."

Continue Pantoprazole + Domperidone once daily on an empty stomach for 5–7 days. Constipation can also cause loss of appetite, so take Lactulose 15–30 mL at bedtime with plenty of fluids. Eat small frequent light meals, avoid oily/spicy food, and stay well hydrated. Appetite usually improves once constipation and nausea settle. If symptoms persist for more than 5–7 days or severe pain, vomiting, or fever develops, get evaluated.
