Its been a day since my sister swallowed a chewing gum What we have to do if my 4 year sister swallowed a chewing gum

Plz help me ! Ever since I came back home after the covid outbreak I had repeated bouts of diarrhea and indigestion. The stool reports showed Amebiasis and Giardia infection. They recommended me antibiotics which didn't seem to take any effect on the condition. Later they switched up the medicine with metro ornidazole and ciprofloxacin. Which made me a better temporarily. Later that too didn't cure the condition completely. I Was loosing a lot of weight as well due to diarrhea. Tinidazole was recommended which had the same temporary effect. They even extended the course but nothing seems to work permanently. I have dropped down from 46kgs to 29kgs in mere 8 months. I do not know what am I supposed to do now as I have visited multiple doctors and have had multiple tests taken. I have tried almost every kind of antibiotic till date. Which includes - Tinidazole , ciprofloxacin , ornidazole, metro ornidazole , albendazole. .

If someone has swelling in swelling in stomach/ulcer in stomach then how much chances are there for stomach cancer. Is there any diagnosis for the same. Also how can we stop ulcer to Cancer

I have this problem of indigestion for last 7 years where I cannot eat anything except light food. If I eat anything heavy, stomach is bloated, left side of the abdomen is inflated, difficulty in passing stool, watery stool, gas doesn't pass easily which gives constant cramps or headache or pain in eyes. I lost approx 8-9 kgs in last 2 years. Please advise medicine or cure for it. I got colonoscopy and endoscopy done this year which were normal.

Sir, I am suffering from piles from last 7 to 8 months ..but now i planning to go for laser treatment due to high pain. Pls advice is laser treatment is safe. And after how many days i can join the office.. How much time is required to recover completely after laser treament..

My SGOT level is around 133. I drink once a week. Also, I have regular problem wherein I have multiple motions in a day and sometimes burning sensation after passing stool Is the SGOT level very serious ? Is this linked to indigestion as well ?

Breathing starts to occur after eating food, after that little by little the food starts coming out from mouth with water. After that the breath becomes less.Acidity problem also.plz suggest me .
