Dizziness, light headed
I was an alcoholic consuming alcohol daily heavy smoker for last 1 year i have reduced it to once a week. I feel weak i get dizziness, light headed and unable to balance my body to stand still unable to concentrate. The food i eat feels stuck in chest gets crazy dizziness and feels like fainting till the food gets into stomach and causes shortness of breath. when i sleep feels like foods coming back out. Few years back i had gastric issue i consulted a doctor who prescribed a tablet called Drego-D after consuming that tablet i started to get shortness of breath.

You should consult a physician or a psychiatrist for deaddiction. You should also see a gastroenterologist for upper gi endoscopy for a proper diagnosis.
