Whenever I am eating I am feeling full. Cant eat one complete meal even I am eating little and there is a strange feeling in my stomach

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of a Stomach ailment .You need a complete assessment of symptoms by a physician, further workup like blood tests, endoscopy and USG abdomen.
