Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doctor, I got diagnosed with GERD and Pangastrities positive after endoscopy at Gasentrologist and talking medicine for the same. After consulting a physician  & doing blood test got know B12 is 97, D3 is 18 and they are low. Hence started vitamin supplements for B12, D3 , B2. H1ABC is 5, ALT is 97. I have lost 6-7 kg in past 3-4 months and feel weakness. My concern is , why I'm losing weight and low on energy most of time ? Thank u.

At times, I do start getting bit of headache which increases through the day especially above eyebrows, temple area along with a feeling of stomach upset or bloating. Not able to exactly pin point which causes what! I do get a feeling that it starts due to some gastric issues (bloating, sometimes gas formation) and headache starts getting acute/uncomfortable ☹️. Should I consult a Gastroenterologist?

Please find my report attached, does the values suggest I have anemia since my MCV is lower but all other values are in range. I recently found a pea sized lump in my anus, not painfull but can feel it while wiping. NO BLOOD IN STOOLS SO FAR. JUST WANTED TO CHECK WHETHER I MIGHT HAVE ANEMIA.

Dear Doctor I am having pain in right side of stomach. It is not persistent , comes and goes for last 10 days. Apart from this dark color urine is coming three to four times in a day. I have gine for Liver function test. My sgpt is 42, sgot is 60, S. Alk phosphate 126 and total protin is 6. Is there any symptoms of gallstones or anything else. Please suggest. Thank you.

I have been experiencing throbbing sensation and some discomfort in upper right abdomen whenever I have a meal, which recently has turned into pain. Even though I have stopped eating heavy, or junk food, for the last few days, the pain still persists. What could be the issue?

I am getting belching which triggers cough and phlegm. While going motion if i give pressure, it triggers cough and phlegm. Lot of saliva is coming out with phlegm. The phlegm is coming through mouth. Parallelly mucus is coming from nose. What is the problem? Any suggestions?

His stomach was paining too much like hell. After diagnosis(please find attached reports) it was found that it's swelling on liver due to gallstones. Now dr. gave the medicine & suggested to let liver swelling come down and then we will do surgery to remove Gallbladder. Please suggest me is there any way other than removing Gallbladder (like remove gallstones) Also suppose in worst condition if gallbladder is removed then will this affect his lifestyle like eating, exercise, traveling etc. Thanks in advance

Suffer from gastric problem and with stomach pain . Constipation sometimes . So please tell me the treatment of this please
