My stomach is paining from last night

Asked for Male, 16 Years

This pain is too hard and having problem to walk .I am having very pain so I took ajwain to get relief bit it was wrong. I used balm to get relief but not happened. So pls tell me what should I do. Today I got little relief and there is no motion problem.
