I want my Total , Direct and indirect Bilirubin Results between normal range of 0.2 to 1 which is currently above 1.2 Please suggest good medicines and life style changes. Started taking attached medicines written by Dr from 3rd June 2026

My daughters bowel movement isn't regular. Past 3 days she hasn't passed stool. I gave her Muout and duphalac, still no results. Please advice

I am a 30-year-old male with bowel symptoms for 3+ years Symptoms: - Daily straining to pass stool. - Incomplete evacuation feeling. - Stool comes in parts, not all at once. - Spend 20–30 minutes in toilet daily. - Stool is sticky, semi-solid, difficult to flush, and spreads in water. - About 70% of stools are sticky; 30% are more normal but still flat, not sausage-shaped. - Daily transparent white jelly-like mucus (sometimes mixed with stool, sometimes separate). - Occasional flat or fragmented stools. - Burning sensation under the right rib, worse during constipation and sometimes after meals. Tests: - Colonoscopy: Multiple superficial terminal ileal ulcers with inflammation up to 15 cm. - Biopsy: Chronic inactive ileitis. - CRP: Normal. - Fecal calprotectin: Normal. - Endoscopy: Mild antral gastritis. - Abdominal ultrasound: Normal. - Weight increased by 5 kg. Question: what is the cause ?

What is the best treatment for fatty liver grade two ? Any home remedy or proven advise ? Suggestions shall help.

Hello Doctor, my father had an angioplasty on 7th Jan 2026. His latest blood report shows an elevated GGT (154) and ALT (69). I have attached the Ultrasound, and Fibroscan reports. ​He is currently taking Ecosprin 75, Prasudoc 10, Tazloc 20, Orofer XT, and Nikoran 5 in the morning; and Atorva 20, Concor 2.5, and Nikoran 5 at night. He also finished a 12-week course of Uprise 60K recently. ​Could the high GGT be due to the Atorva, his daily intake of homemade paneer, or the Vitamin D? Please let us know how we can bring these levels down safely. Blood Test- AST-47 ALT-69 GGT- 154 Alkaline Phosphatase- 156 PROTHROMBIN TIME (PT) - 14.5 INTERNATIONAL NORMALIZED RATIO (INR) - 1.09 MEAN PROTHROMBIN TIME OF CONTROL PLASMA (MNPT) - 13.50 HEPATITIS C ANTIBODIES - 0.05 HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN - 0.38

Despite medical management with proton pump inhibitors, analgesics, and supportive medications, the abdominal pain persisted. Investigations including CECT abdomen, abdominal ultrasonography, and X-ray revealed no significant abnormalities. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy performed in February 2026 showed antral gastritis with a negative rapid urease test. Due to ongoing symptoms, repeat endoscopy with biopsy was conducted in April 2026, which revealed Grade III lower esophageal sphincter, H. pylori–associated gastritis. I was subsequently treated with H. pylori eradication therapy(HP KIT) and continued ppi's for 4 more weeks. But symptoms still persist.

Hello Doctor, I am 42 years old, 80 kg, height 5’9”. I need your opinion regarding my digestion issues. For the last 1 year I have acidity/stomach burning, frequent burping, heaviness/tightness in stomach after eating, and a lot of smelly gas passing from below. Sometimes when my stomach is tight it feels like my breathing is restricted. Gas release gives relief. My stool is daily and normal. My endoscopy done 4 years back was normal. Thyroid and Vitamin B12 reports are normal. Current medicines: * Thyronorm 100 mcg * Sompraz IT * Prodep 10 mg (symptoms seem more noticeable after starting this) * Livoluk powder Could this be GERD, functional dyspepsia, IBS/bloating, or medicine-related? Do I need any further tests like H. pylori, or should my Sompraz IT/Prodep medicines be reviewed?

Nexpro RD 40, before breakfast, Rifagut 550 BD Providac capsule BD Medigas capsule BD Instaraft 10ml BD If we're taking Nexpro RD 40, we shouldn't be adding Vonefi 20 to the above meds? We are giving movicol medicine daily as suggested by the doctor for relief in constipation. We have stopped giving movicol for 2 days and now she is passing the watery stools. Stopping of movicol medicine causes this issue?
