Due to itching it got wound , unable to walk properly , mild pain , previously 2 months back it got cured and again same issue please help

She prescribed Dazit 10 tablets for 10 days that contains  Desloratadine BP 10 mg & Aquasoft CV cream for allergy. We are in a phase of pregnancy planning. So is it safe medicine during pregnancy? I am attaching pics of my problem. I have had these rashes for 45 days. The doctor has given me iterconazole 200 mg and soap with eberconazole cream and bilashine 40 mg tab. I am also using anti fungal zocon powder as he suggested. It's been 19 days since I started using this medication I don't see any improvement. He said it's tinea corporis in receipt. I am worried it is ringworm or psoriasis or eczema. It occurred due to pre diabetic or any hiv early symptoms after exposure. How much time will it take to cure ?
