Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Had a flaky, itchy spot which was very small and since 12th december (when i had first noticed it), become a bit large and flaky. It is winters but i don't moisturize. I also feed stray kittens and pet them. Is it ringworm? What can i do for this?

There's a bump in my new piercing, I was taking cephalexin 500 and T back quiet a while now it does reduced the size of the bump. But it is still there little bit. Should I continue taking meds for 5 more days or need to change it?
