Age is 25 but no full beard. Only patchy beard with gaps . I need full handsome beard . Using some beard oil from 3 months no result why ..? So can't I get beard through my life style changes any ? What should I follow plz tell...? Doctors

The big toe of my right foot has gradually  become hard over the last 35 years. The big toe hit a road side stone while I was slowly driving my scooter, at dusk time, with both my feet dangling from the sides of the scooter for maintaining balance, looking for a particular building in an area unknown to me then. There was considerable swelling on the big toe even though I was wearing leather shoes of ankle height. I took medicines for the injured toe for the next one week. No surgery was prescribed by the treating doctor. However, the nail of the toe is gradually getting thicker as the years pass. Now, I find it difficult to trim that nail. Is any medical procedure available for its treatment? Should I approach a Skin Specialist or a General Surgeon for treatment of the nail? I am 66 years old, don't have diabetes or high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Please guide me whether I should approach a Skin Specialist or a General Surgeon for treatment of the nail.

My brother had scabies last October, and I also had itching from it in January. First, my thighs itched a lot at night, then it itched under my chest as well. I applied my brother's lotion which he had brought from the hospital.Itching reduced due to this, after that I was diagnosed with stone in my gallbladder and I got its surgery done, there was no itching during those days, though now it is not that itchy but I still have itching in my thighs, is that the reason?Would that scabies not have healed yet? I even had surgery done, would that cause any problem?At this time I suddenly feel cold waves in my body, suddenly on any body part.Could this be due to scabies? If yes, please tell me what I should do.

Skin iritation already had eczema when small , dermatitis. Uses aveeno dermexa regularly. Played on beach . Salty water caused irritation on his forearms . This happened 2 weeks back, still not healed completely . Request you to suggest best medicine / cream which will help him . Initially after salt water infection, the skin on forearms started peeling off slowly , but now no itching, no peeling off ; just dryness and darkening is present . Doctor prescribed Momate-F cream But that is not helping as well. Please help.
