I have developed dark patches on my lower lip. Initially, there was a single spot, but now there are 4 to 5, contributing to the overall darkening of my lip. The affected area was initially dry; however, after applying coconut oil and Vaseline, the dryness has resolved, although the spots persist.

I’ve had very dry, flaky, and irritated skin since childhood, which worsens during extreme winters and summers. The itching can become so severe that I scratch until the skin bleeds. Recently, I’ve developed intense itching on my wrists, forearms, and legs, along with some itchy bumps. Waxing seems to make it worse. I also have keratosis pilaris (KP). In addition, I experience severe itching on my inner thighs and around the vaginal area, and I’m unsure whether it’s a skin issue, a gynecological problem, or both. This has been a lifelong issue and is becoming increasingly frustrating. I’m attaching photos of my hands, where the itching has recently become particularly severe and sometimes leads to bleeding from scratching. I’d appreciate help in understanding the possible cause and what I can do to manage it.

Hello Doctor, I have noticed a dark, grayish-black mark/patch behind/near my earlobe. It does not cause constant itching, but sometimes there is mild itching. It is not painful, and there is no bleeding or discharge, but I want to get it clinically evaluated to know what it is and if any treatment or test is required.
