Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a 26-year-old male (175 cm, 52 kg) with progressive diffuse hair loss affecting my entire scalp, including sides and back, along with eyebrow/eyelash thinning and premature graying. I have always been very thin and cannot gain weight despite eating well. I also have fatigue, poor exercise tolerance, high pulse/heart rate, brief dizziness on standing, excessive sweating, allergies, reflux, constipation, occasional bloating, poor sleep, and dry itchy skin. Please evaluate possible nutritional, hormonal, metabolic, gastrointestinal, autoimmune, or sleep-related causes. Would tests like CBC, ferritin, B12, folate, HbA1c, thyroid panel, testosterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, vitamin D, liver/kidney tests, and zinc be appropriate?

Have been having rashes which are little boils which are itching and burning which medicine to take.

I am getting many comodones in my face. Some are getting bigger and becoming like blackheads and then becoming big pimple. Salycilic acid doesn't suit my skin. What medication can I use?

My baby diagnosed chronic bullous disease she is 2.2 yrs old and we are using as dr prescribed medications of prednisolone sodium phosphate solution, bilastin oral solution,topicals phisiogel,HHFudic mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream night teczine syrup.so my issue is how many days it will take to clear and dr said to consult once again regarding progress but due few probs i couldn't consult him so requesting here to tell me about that and one more thing happened my baby got 5 days back fever 104.7°then om urgent basis I gave her calpol 250mg 3.5ml and then visit the doctor he gave citrigen syrup 2.5ml twice a day and paracetamol 250mg syrup 4 times a day with 5ml.1 day I used but no progress so i visited another doctor he prescribed ibugesic 3.5 ml 3 times a day when she had 103.8 with jerks.but no use then next day with calpol her fever got reduced but from 2 days no fever she is eating less but active playful.fussy and sleeping more than normal why please tell is this danger

Hello Doctor, I have developed a few small itchy bumps/spots on my inner thighs and around the outer vaginal/groin area. There is no pus, fever, or severe pain. The bumps are mildly itchy and a few have become slightly dark/scabbed. I also have some black/dark spots on my thighs in the same area. I would like to know whether this could be due to folliculitis, fungal infection, irritation, pigmentation from friction, or something else, and what treatment I should use. I recently got a white patch on my face and after doing a wood lamp test the doctors from CMC Vellore told me that it can be early signs of vitiligo since it's not a very prominent white patch. My question is can I do any facial on my face like a detan or something? Like it would harm?
