Getting itchy back 10 days don't know the cause, had unprotected sex and used eladi thailam for massage and also recently used body wash the rash was worsening day by day

I have a post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my face that connects to my dark circles. It looks like I have a eye patch, its so pigmented. The pigmentation looks like sharp boxes to describe its shape. I overused zincoderm 10 years ago and I think I have been having this since then, it wasnt there for some years but recently after I did a chemical peel I feel like it has become worse. What cream can I use for this and what supplements should I take?

So I am a 18 years old guy. I had dandruff when i was in 9th class but now i am in my 1st year. I don't know how but i have redness and cut type in my scalp from past 1 month.When i feel itchy and i rub with my hand then the blood comes from the scalp area and it is very painful. I can't able to put my hand on the scalp neither i am able to comb my hairs because it starts to pain when i comb. Please give me solution to how can i cure .
