Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Used betnovate for 4 months last year around the mouth area.  Consulted doctors after that they have given the non steroid gel to used for some time amd tapper down. But it's been 1 year now, still dealing the same problem painful cracker on lips,  flakiness, extreme dryness, itching, burning sensation. Every week it gets worse. Cannot use any lip products whenever i try to do so it get worse. Using only petroleum gel. And no steroid gel when it's unbearable. i have been told that skin get used to the steroid that i have used. It's been so long i have no hopes left that it will get treated.  I don't know What is the name of the problem that  i am dealing with? Is this curable? Any ingredient that is triggering the condition? Any test to know what's causing this? If any doctor has my answers please reply i want a genius treatment as it is effecting my day to day life and my mental health also. Thankyou!
