Bad projecting odour from scrotum(below underball smell). Every men noticing. A white milky clour surrounded on scrotum. No itching no redness. But this bad smell is so shameful. I consulted a doctor from practo. He said bromhidrosis and intertrigo. He gave me oinments and tablets for two weeks. First one week smell decreased. Again smell coming what fo do. Anyone know the exact treatment please help.

It's been a month after having intercourse with my partner, I got an infection on penis and foreskin. I have used Lulifin 1% for a week but it started again. I have consulted a urologist and he prescribed Fourderm Cream for 10 days. Now after 10 days I have stopped but I have little burning sensation on the foreskin and light redness is there. I have receptive unprotected anal sex on 10th September, 2024 with a man. After that exposure, I have witnessed severe respiratory infection on 10th july 2025 with fever which lasted for 2weeks . I have severe coughing with sputum that time ,my CBC shows TLC= 5100 ,everything normal but actual monocyte count = 150 . I have jock itch in August 2025 and also pubic lice in October 2025 . I again have coughing and fever in October ,that was not that severe . From March 2026 i am feeling fatigue and uneasiness. Is it any STD ??
