My 13-year-old son has had some itchy/scab-like sores on his scalp for the past two months. He also has dandruff. He is currently using WOW face wash. Please suggest what could help. Thanks in advance

Hi, I am female aged 25 years and i noticed some acne like and a line like raised red area on my face( right jaw) after i woke up , the next day i saw in my right arm in two places like acne 2 -3 spots and grainy texture around them , in face it healed on its own ( i took two cetrizines daily) , but in my arms i saw no improvement so i used hydrocortisone 1% ointment , and after 2nd y i used hydrocortisone 1% on them , and now its itching after 2nd use what do i do now

I have this hyperpigmentation and razor bumps on chin since 1 year I used face  razor around chin and couple of but after this hyperpigmentation I have not used razor here but still I doesn't go away

I have hairfall and I have adhd Psychiatry dr prescribed  ADHD Medicine Atomoxetine it caused Urine retention as it increases norephinephrine as you all very well why atomoxetine causes Urine retention. So I stopped it.and its very rare side effect of Atomoxetine. I am thinking of taking finasteride or Dutasteride as these Medicine  increase Urine as i have read online its side effect. and help me with Atomoxetine and hairfall. Hello Doctor, 3 days ago I used 'Deconstruct Lip Balm' which caused a severe reaction. Now my lips have a prominent yellow/honey-colored crust, and they are oozing a sticky fluid. Because of this sticky fluid, my lips get completely stuck and glued together, especially when I wake up in the morning. There is a lot of dryness, tight feeling, severe burning, and swelling. It is very painful to open my mouth or brush my teeth. It looks like a secondary bacterial infection due to the broken skin barrier. Please prescribe a safe topical antibacterial ointment. I have had acne/ pimple breakouts since I was a teenager. I kept it under control for the last 2 years. I used non comedogenic products and Sebugel ( niacinamide and salicylic acid gel ). I reduced my sebugel application from twice a day to once a day. But I have been getting acne breakouts on and off during the past 5 months. I have textured skin , marks although not too extreme but noticeable. I was wondering whether it would be okay for me to start using adapelene 0.1% ? My routine would look like this AM Dermatouch salicylic acid mild cleanser Hydrodistilled rose water Dot and key barrier repair moisturizer with rice water and hyaluronic acid Dermatouch Matte sunscreen PM Simple refreshing cleanser Adapalene 0.1% Dot and key barrier repair moisturizer I would like to know if the skincare routine is not harmful? Can I use adapelene 0.1% like this ?
