Darkness since a month but now there is a cut on it that doesn't pain after the petroleum jelly is regularly applied on it.

I am getting scar marks on face randomly and with apply crema it's not working. I trying steam and cremas and still same I am getting. Bangalore hard water issue or diet I am not sure.h

My natural skin tone is wheatish to light, but I’ve noticed uneven shades across my body. My chest and upper arms appear lighter, while my hands, neck, and face have become darker like totally two diff complexions . This darker shade does not match my natural complexion and looks as if it has been caused by sun exposure or burning. The uneven tones make my skin look mismatched. pls help.

From last two weeks experiencing outer skin peeling and cuts under Toes and is very painful. Also observing some blood spots on skin  above between toes and palm. Since two three months have extremely cracked heels , but it started resolving now. I am taking medicine for hypothyroid, Thyronorm 88. Does this need consultation. Kindly advice. Recently had some construction at home and walked bare boot on cement dust etc. Could this be due to that.
