Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been getting extreme itchiness and lines kinda rashes in my groin area and now in inner thighs, it started from lower abdomen and groin area a month ago and now in inner thighs it has become red after itchiness and sometimes feels burning sensation as well and gets puffy after itching also the previous ones near lower abdomen have dried up but the skin still has the scars with little flaky skin It's very hard to control the itchiness, Kindly help me with the best suggestions.. I'm not getting comfortable in going to see a doctor because the issue is around the pubic area and it's a little awkward for me.. Please advise and provide a solution
