After using the shampoo and the solution as per the prescription my dandruff is not reduce. What is the solution for this

I had alopecia areta patches on my head somewhere in 2018 due to stress, where I did treatment after consulting doctor. He prescribed protein tablets and few ointment. It helped and gained hair on my patches. Now I am having gaps are increasing between my hairs, only around crown area. Is it alopecia areta? Should I take some treatment or do some exercise & stress management

I have psoriasis for past 9 years. Current I am on methotrexate 15mg weekly and Aprimilast 30 daily. I am on this dose for past 1 year. I can see 60-70 percent improvement. However the moment I stop Aprimilast ; patches resurface. Does it mean I have to take this tablet for long time? Also I want to start taking shilajit..is it recommended

Image 1 - now present condition Image 2 - 20 days ago After shaving my anal area with prep surgical blade i have this condition. I play badminton very often and played after shaving too since then skin is irritated even when growing hair pokes causing glass shattering pain and heavy moisture and wetness at lower crack that i never felt. Even when wiped wetness persists within a minute. Stopped badminton and started micanazole (DK gel) for 3 days to lower crack no improvement so ,Started anometrogyl ointment for 8 days twice daily, seen improvement but when again started activity same pain and wetness rebounded. This time I tried cetaphil baby diaper rash cream for 4 days twice daily but it worsen condition. Now i used tbact for 3 days once daily at night no improvement but smell is reduced so from yesterday i switched to Hydrocortisone cream and now i feel alot better but im scared to do any physical activity . Is it dermatitis or intertrigo?? Please help.

I facing athlete foot. In night especially during sleep itching get worsen. Can you please tell how to control itching and sleep easily in night. Can I use itch guard plus for my athlete foot.
