Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been experiencing recurrent skin rashes for several months. The rash appears as red, slightly raised patches on different parts of the body, including legs, thighs, lower abdomen, and sometimes other areas. Taken Allegra, gets normal but then gets back when stopped.

I am undergoing treatment for acne scars laser with Carbon , microneedling...I have facial hair i want to remove it which method is the best way for now..?.It's been just one setting now..

My Dermat has prescribed Rifampicin (600mg) and Clindamycin (300mg twice a day) to treat Stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa. I've been having it for more than 15 days and expected to have it long-term (12-18 weeks). May I know the long-term side effects of this treatment? Will my fertility be affected? Will this damage my liver or any other organ?

I am facing moderate hairfall and hair thinning. My hair health is also not good. My hair is dry and breaks easily. My diet is basically fruits and home cooked food. I avoid sugar and junk in general. I was thinking of taking biotin and multivitamin supplements. But I am not sure about their efficiency. Can I go ahead with the supplements? Which one is preferable? What is the mcg required? I am not looking for an improvement in my overall hair health.

Took allergy, antibiotics and fungal, scabies tablets, visit 2-3 doctors but no one told me what exactly this is, and it comes Back again and again, never cure 100% and this is very very itchy, and no pain, used Momate F and steroids creams but nothing cured this, got temporarily relief only. Age: 27 , Male I have developed a single bump on my lower lip. It started as a very small dot with mild stinging pain. After 2–3 days, it developed 2–3 small white spots (looked like pus-filled dots) and then gradually enlarged into the current bump. It is currently not painful. This is the first time I have had such a lesion. About a week after it appeared, I developed a fever. The lesion has not noticeably crusted or scabbed so far. I have attached a photo.

Got this black colour mark suddey 5 days back. What is this ?? Please say is this any serious? I am worried by googling it.

58 Yo | F | been on statins | Non-smoker | 121 lbs My mother has this white patch on her upper left shoulder for almost 6 months. It started off big, but has shrunk in size in the last month. We are going in for a derma appointment this week. Just preparing for the worst, could this be Vitiligo?

My nephew(10 years old) has developed 3 moles. One big one on the right arm(photo is attached) and the other two small ones in the left arm. They are of the same colour and appeared this week only. Two of them are heart-shaped.It wasn't there before and this sudden appearance of 3 moles together around the same time, worries me. Is there anything concerning about this? He plays a lot in the sun.

Hi Doctor, my son is five years old now. Currently I am using Tedibar Soap and Shampoo. I want to know till what age I can use these products? Do I need to change as he is five years now or can I continue with the current (Tedibar) products?? If I should change, then kindly suggest the suitable soap and shampoo. Thank you in advance.
