I'm facing ultra dry skin near my under belly and getting irritated like hell and I can't bare my itching sensation it's a trauma

Some weeks back I had severe itching in my underarms and the area had turned red. Now the itching is gone but the area has turned dark. What should I do now? Should I consult a doctor?

Am 4 month pregnant. I have lot of pimples on my face . Red and pain. Before pregnancy I use salicylis acid face wash, and excela moisturizer, and uv acne gel sunscreen. Now am not used because of pregnancy. Please tell me some acne prone skin care for pimples
