I've had folliculitis and pimples on my butt for 2 years or so. From last 1 year it has reduced. But they appear sometimes. the scars and lesions are still there. I sometimes pick them and they bleed and don't heal well. There is pigmentation and white marks from old scars i guess and some dark spots as well.
