Hi, My dermatologist suggested 3mg deflazocort for 3 days twice, and advised to take it three days before my marriage. But when i read online it is saying this tablet increases acne. Please suggest

Hello Doc, Well yesterday I fell from the bike and hurt my face. I was wearing a helmet however the inside of the helmet left brusis on my forehead, cheecks and nose. Looks like the inner part of the helmet brushed against my skin. Now I see blood clots on my nose and forehead and cheecks. Could you please help me with how to sail through this? I got my face waxed , but i got bumps and itching on them right after the wax. As advised by professional, she said it will be okay and I applied cold /ice on my face multiple times but it's 2nd day of the wax and still the bumps/pimples have not subsided and itching /burning feeling is there.
