I have attach images of redness ...It gets itching during night time worse doctor has given me permethin lotion and levocetrizine for 10 days...but I think it is not working

I can see a white colour pop out of my neck, however the same is not painful. What likely it is? What is it called? Will it go automatically or can it be removed?

Can I use goree beauty cream..is it safe to use on face ?I have dry skin?with pimple marks n dull skin ..can I use ?

I have a red spot which has become darker over the last 20 days whenever the skin dries up the skin peels off a bit and it's itchy and so far putting coconut oil has soothed it a bit. But other than that it does not seem to be healing it's turned almost dark maroon colour and I am afraid that another one has appeared below my ribcage it's a tiny one but still itchy.

For the past 3 months, red pimple-like spots have been appearing on my thighs. One doctor prescribed luliconazole lotion, and another doctor prescribed itraconazole tablets 200 mg twice a day along with ketoconazole lotion. However, after 10 days of treatment, raised red bumps are still appearing. What could this be? I am still continuing the medicines and applying ketoconazole and luliconazole.
