Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In a span of 1.5 years , I lost a lot of hair but I don't know the reason . I think it's telogen effivlium cause there was a high shedding phase in which all my hair started to shed off and now I am currently having normal shedding . Also my hairline receded back but I think it's normal hairline maturation cause it doesn't recede a lot

I am having black patch on front neck suddey from 3 days. I dont know it is related to it or not but i am having sore throat and cough with phlum and body pains. Pls pls say what is this..

I have a small round scar on my face that developed about 5 months ago after I used No Scars Steroid cream for 15 days and did facial scrubbing. After this, a round scar with visible edges appeared. Initially, the scar was dark and easily noticeable, but it has improved significantly. I applied Glucill Whitening Cream for 2 months and Skarfix TX Cream for 1 month. I stopped applying cream 1.5 months ago because no further improvement was noticed. Skin in the center of the scar is the same color as the surrounding facial skin, with only the edges remaining visible. In natural daylight, the scar is almost 95% invisible, but it can still be seen under indoor room lighting. Please suggest a non-steroid cream for daily application only on this scar edges. I do not want to use sunscreen. My facial skin is healthy.
