Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, My heels and toes have become as in the pictures attached. I have hypothyroid. I am using 50mcg daily. It is in control. I am mother of two kids. I will do household chores daily . My hands are totally fine. I am having only problem with legs. Please please suggest remedies to get normal heel and toes. I am suffering from so many months. Thanks.

I have been facing sharp poking pain inside this wound on near my right angle. I have taken doxt-sl tablet and Zimba ointment after referring a dermat for this but the pain doesn't go down. The pain is inside the wound. No idea how and when it appeared It's been there since a month and it's getting worse with time . What exactly has happened? And what do I do ahead about this?

Hello, I have on and off itching all over my body since almost a month now. It looks like hives and becomes red for sometime and then subsides. The itching is more on my back, neck, stomach, and hands along with severe itching in my scalp. I took cetrizine 10 mg tablet and felt relief for around 3 days. However, the itching started again after that. So I took the tablet again and then I had no itching for the next 3-4 days but now after that again the itching has started. I had taken the same tablet a month ago when the itching had started too. I do not have any specific allergies. I also tried to monitor if anything that I ate was triggering it but I could not relate the itching with anything. Please advise.

Why is that many of the young people after 30 years get lot of white hairs on the head as well as inside the beard. Is it because of some deficiency or lack of something?

I am a 18 year old male. For the past few days, I have been experiencing significant itching and dryness in my private area. Symptoms: There are small red bumps and rough patches on the skin. Crucial Detail: I have noticed that the itching becomes much more intense whenever the area gets warm or sweaty. The skin feels irritated and dry, especially during cold weather, but the 'heat' makes the itching worse. Treatment Tried: I applied  Vaseline before sleeping, but it did not provide any relief from the itching. I have not used any medicated creams yet.
