Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got these from last 3 months . These are like ance left with marks. I have no idea what to do now .

My one month baby has witnessed white patch in under arm .. it is not itching it is visible white .. please confirm ... In doctor consultation needed

Hi Doctor, I have had skin problems for many years on my face, head, neck, and back. On my face (cheeks & beard area) I get recurrent, sometimes painful pimples that leave dark marks. On my scalp & back of head, I get painful bumps, often after haircuts; some become large, pus-filled, slow to heal, and leave dark marks. On my neck & beard line, small painful bumps appear where hair grows, worse after shaving/trimming. My back (upper & lower) has many pimples and pus-filled bumps; old pimples leave dark spots and scars. Pimples recur in same areas, some deep & painful; skin looks dark, patchy, scarred. I always wear a white undershirt, but next morning it has 6–7 blood stains, mostly upper back, some lower back. Occasionally, extreme itchiness on back lasts 3–5 mins, very uncomfortable. Sweating, heat, haircuts, shaving, and tight clothes make it worse. At head back middle one never heals I want to know the exact reason for this problem.

There is blade cut mark on my hand.. It's been one year. Now i need to get married and wanted some cure in order to remove this cut mark in hand properly Kindly suggest some ointment or skin treatment cream so as to remove this mark fully.

It's under the skin and it's not itchy what could be this Sometime it's visible sometimes it's not I sometime have sweaty hands

Before I was using skinlite cream long term now I stop this cream 2 month ago but I have redness on my face does not go away now I am using metmetosone cream 1 month But redness dst go away I am not using any cream now please suggest me some cream to heal this redness

Since Feb 2025, a small wound like thing appeared on my right toe. When consulted dermat she said it was plantar wart and prescribed imiquad but I barely used once. 2 months back I noticed wart started developing on left index finger and I'm worried if it can spread more. When asked dermat she said don't worry, we can give MMR vaccine in shots to cure this. I'm unmarried and planning to go for HPV gardisal 9 vaccine for quite some months. So I'm confused if HPV vaccine can cure this plantar warts or should I take both vaccines? Is it correct to take both vaccines at this stage and is there anything which I should consider before deciding. Or any other treatment which is effective and helps to get rid of this.
