Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Radish on penis observed since 10/06/2025. My urologist said this is HSV and he started treatment ( Acilivir 400 mg 3 times a day & Acilovir cream ) but my problem is still persist. I have done IgG & IgM test two time and it was negative both times.

Skin Near toe ring is getting black, I am using toe ring from 10 years but now the skin is getting black, why is it?

Patient has pigmented private area which appears with marks and not pleasant sight. Apart from dark area patient also has history of painful boils and dark spots. Want to remove it permanently. Thank.

My question is: is there any benefit to going to a dermatologist now, since I have already tried most things and I am not interested in a hair transplant? Important information: I don’t have any kind of deficiency, I quit smoking one year ago, and my testosterone (770) and E2 levels are normal. I am into fitness. I still have hair, no bald patch, just slightly receding hairline. I started using minoxidil on my own last December. It helped at first but then stopped working. Six months later, I started using minoxidil + finasteride (0.1% v/v), and it is still effective. I read somewhere that finasteride can help recover the hairline and thicken hair, so two months ago I started taking 0.5 mg of oral finasteride on alternate days, and after two weeks, I began taking it regularly. It gave me horrible mental side effects. I stopped taking it, and everything is fine now, but some issues, like high anxiety, are still present.

From june i began to experience scalp and eyebrow hair falling and the cause was subclinical hypothyroidism and iron deficiency anemia. I got an infusion in August and started thyroid medication Thyronorm 12.5g as prescribed by the doctor. But my eyebrow hairs are still falling and completely thin feels scary as I had thick eyebrows. The same goes for the scalp no improvement. Eyebrow condition seems more scary than scalp. Why is this happening??

I tried wet combing and manual removal but it didn't help. Please help with the solution I have been trying from 2 weeks but nothing worked

Hii I am experiencing severe hair fall for the last few months. My hair also breaks very easily, even with light combing or touching. I have virgin hair — I have never used any chemical treatments, hair color, or henna. I am currently using loreal total repair 5 shampoo and conditioner, as I'm taking vitamin D& B 12 supplements  also .I don’t have PCOD or PCOS and no major medical conditions that I know of. Still having hairfall and breakout issue. Please suggest  me what I can do now as I am very stressed.

I have dark spots on my skin. I also have pimples on my cheek and chin which are white in colour and after they get burst the white seed and water comes out of that pimple.And then I get the dark spots they are very deep and not able tp recover them faster.So,which cream should I use to fix these pimples and get a clean and clear skin??

Dear sir /mam Actually iam suffering from recurrent yeast infections from 2 years .many times i used flucanazole and my doctor recommended to use itraconazole for 21 days and see if symptoms persist.i forgot the dosage and lost prescription and i would like to know when and how to use the itraconazole 200mg.
