Rashes started as a cluster in arm and I applied lacto calamine lotion and gave allegra syrup for itching. But it is not cured but spreading into other hand and also between fingers. What could be the reason?? Attached picture of how it started in arm. Kindly suggest. Thank you

A small itchy spot appeared on my neck. It started near the end of summer and slowly got bigger over a few months. Now it feels itchy and burns. I used a full 15-gram tube of LULICLINZ 1% cream, but it didn’t help much. I had a similar spot on my neck a few years ago and it took few weeks to disappear but which cream that time I used that I cannot recall.
