Having too much frackles on my face and dry skin too Kindly suggest something which is effective and clear the skin internally too .

Hello, I have a nail fungal problem for quite some time. Around 2 years ago it started a little bit — the nail dries out and then comes off easily. I didn’t take it seriously at that time. But after a few months I visited a local doctor; he gave me treatment for about 2–3 cycles and it almost got cured, so I stopped the treatment. But after around 3–4 months it started again slowly. Now I clearly understand that when I visited the doctor earlier, I should have completed the full treatment, but I didn’t take it seriously. Now what should I do? What should I take? And what should I apply on the nail? The problem is on four fingers of my left hand and two toes of my right foot — the foot is barely noticeable, but the nails of my hand look quite bad.

I got this when I used to wear my sandles since August till last month. My sandle sometimes feel little tight around the 1st and 5th toe of both legs. Also my legs are quite sweaty. Please tell me how to get rid of these dark patches ? It feels like i got some skin disease.

Hi I am 36 old.. I had a black spot beside forehead found today.. It is hard and black colour. I dnt feel it is like a mole. Plz let me know what is it. And y it happen so. . My medical history is below Sufferd from tb lymphoneds. 9 month course done . Now cleared.. It's is completed in  may2025. After that I had nerve prblm frm neck to shoulder and then to arm. And numbness in ring and little finger on both hands. And I get pain around ear and then to one side of head.. Seems. Like. Maigraine And saiatic in l4 l5 s1. And sinus too. I had Adinode in nose. Smelly and dark area in arm pit and groin area. Earlier I had prolonged jock itch problem but I took treatment. Now I want to get rid of smell. It is too much.
